Thanks for giving my site a look.
A little bit about me... Right now my main focus is music photography, shooting for Backline Beat, an online publication I started in 2022. That wasn’t when I started in music photography, that happened all the way back in 2009. It was that year that my photography career started. It was six months before I shot my first show, that I got hired (while still in high school) by the Richmond Girls Softball Association, to be their photographer for the season. I’ve also shot provincial/western championships, college sports, and the Vancouver Giants. While I haven’t shot sports in a while, I’d love to start shooting it again. So if you’re reading this…
Then I got to shoot my first concert a couple weeks after I turned 18, and since then I’ve shot acts big and small, including Rush, Foo Fighters, Drake, Metric, Roger Waters, Larkin Poe, The Flaming Lips and a whole lot more.
Between then and now, I’ve also shot just about everything else; landscapes, cityscapes, portraits, still life, and weddings (intimate backyard celebrations, to 180+ person bashes, and everything thing in between).
When it comes down to it, it’s all about having a camera in my hands.
